14-Day Return Policy

Doesn’t your order meet your expectations? At tattoocomfort.nl you have the option to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of the purchase amount.

A return is only possible if the packaging is undamaged and the seal remains intact. Make sure your return is sufficiently stamped. Once we have received the products, the invoice amount will be refunded within 14 days. The costs and risk of the return, for example in case of loss during transport, are at your expense. If you want additional security, please send your package by registered mail or with a tracking code.

We ask you to register your return within 14 days of receipt by email, stating your order number. Also clearly indicate this order number on the return package.

Returns that cannot be identified will be returned to the sender whenever possible. Please note that the shipping costs for the return are always at your expense.

Important: The seal must not be broken. Products that have been opened, damaged, soiled, or altered may be refused and are not eligible for a refund.

Legal Provisions

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This period begins on the day you receive the product. After registering the return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

The item must be returned unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. The return costs are borne by the buyer. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
